WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF ATTENDING A CORE SKILLS FOR COACHING PROGRAM FROM THE SPIRO COACHING INSTITUTE?

In this program participants learn and practice coaching skills with specific attention to the setting, context, and unique challenges and opportunities in the AMC or Higher Education environment. This empowers the coach with a new set of tools to develop others, impact organizational change, and influence the organization's culture.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

The Core Coaching Skills program is 30 hours, combining both synchronous and asynchronous learning in large group, small group, and individual settings.

WHERE DOES THE PROGRAM TAKE PLACE?

The program is delivered 100% virtually, utilizing video conferencing technology (i.e. Zoom). As a result, the learner can attend at home, at work, or anywhere stable internet is available. It is strongly recommended that during the program participants are located in a quiet, private location with minimal chance of distractions.

HOW LARGE IS THE CLASS?

The Core Skills program admits up to 24 participants per class. This size allows for a well rounded mix of participants, diverse opinions, and engaging conversations in large and small group settings.

WHAT REQUIREMENTS OR PREREQUISITES ARE NEEDED TO ATTEND THE CORE SKILLS FOR COACHING PROGRAM?

There are no requirements or prerequisites to attend this course.

WHAT LANGUAGE ARE THE COURSES OFFERED IN?

All courses are taught in English (US).

WHAT IS THE ATTENDANCE POLICY?

Completion of this coaching certification requires 100% attendance in all aspects of the program. Given the highly experiential nature of the program, attendance at all classes and the ability to be on screen are essential.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Payment can be made by ACH Debit, credit card or check.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation can occur up to one month prior to the start of class to receive a 100% refund. Cancellation within the month prior to the start of class may receive a 50% refund. Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the start of class results in a forfeit of all tuititon.
